BTT 2024

On 19 and 20 June 2024, the theatre technology industry will meet at the 62nd Bühnentechnische Tagung (BTT) in the Jahrhunderthalle in Bochum. The impressive industrial hall offers space for over 80 exhibition stands. The leading trade fair for theatre and event technology brings together renowned technology manufacturers with trade visitors from culture and the media.

The German Theatre Technology Society has been organising stage technology conferences for 117 years. The first edition took place in Wiesbaden in 1907. Over the course of two world wars and the division of Germany, the BTT advanced to become a permanent fixture for professional exchange and further education in the theatre industry. Since the DTHG was founded, the conference has been held every two years at different locations in Germany.
